Judging for the 2007-08 contest year took place on May 17, 2008 at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. 17 teams participated, representing more than 200 students. Phase One (first year) teams were judged in the Middle School and High School levels. Phase Two (second year) teams went head to head for the championship. And the winners were....
